User Agreement
1. General Provisions
This Agreement governs the use of SHIKA HUB services and software (hereinafter referred to as the 'Provider'). Access to the services is granted exclusively to individuals who have reached the age of 18. Use of the Provider's resources constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
2. Licensing Terms
The Provider grants the User a limited, revocable, personal, and non-exclusive license to use the software without the right to sublicense. The license is strictly limited to use on 1 (one) personal device. Any attempts at decompilation, modifications to the source code, or resale of access constitute a material breach and will result in the immediate termination of the license without compensation.
3. Disclaimer of Liability for Game Sanctions
The User fully acknowledges and assumes all potential consequences of using third-party software in game applications, including but not limited to: permanent account bans, cancellation of game progress, and other sanctions imposed by game developers. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages associated with the imposition of such sanctions.
4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Software products are provided on an 'AS IS' basis. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the software in the event of changes to the architecture of third-party applications (games) or anti-cheat system updates. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the current access period, less the cost of the actual number of license days used.
5. Final Provisions
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Agreement. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
6. Support Channels
All issues related to the use of the service or technical support are resolved exclusively through the ticket system on the website, our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/shika-hub), or [Telegram channel](https://t.me/shika_hub). Requests through other third-party resources will not be considered.
