Refund Policy
1. Non-Activation Condition
A refund is only possible if the purchased license key has not been activated within the system. From the moment the key is activated, the Provider's obligations are considered fully met, and the digital service is considered provided.
2. Request Deadlines
The User has the right to file a refund request within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the transaction, provided that Section 1 is strictly adhered to (no activation of the key).
3. Technical Errors
Refund requests are also considered in cases of confirmed technical errors on the side of the payment gateway or the Provider that resulted in double charging for the same product.
4. Third-Party Platforms and Resellers
Refunds for products purchased through unofficial sources (third-party marketplaces, shops, or resellers) must be requested directly from the seller. The Service is not responsible for transactions conducted outside of the official website and is not obligated to issue refunds for such deals, as the payment was processed through an intermediary.
5. Grounds for Refusal
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: license key activation, game account bans (see Assumption of Risk in the User Agreement), incompatibility with the User's PC due to failure to meet system requirements, change of mind, or personal dissatisfaction with the product.
6. Support Channels
All issues related to refunds or technical support are resolved exclusively through the ticket system on the website, our Discord server, or Telegram channel. Requests through other third-party resources will not be considered.
