Incident 10.10.2026 — DDoS attack
Outage and recovery timeline
October 10, 2026 · Moscow time (MSK)
Timeline
A sharp load spike was detected on the main Fr-1 server.
The load exceeded the acceptable threshold: the proxy server stopped responding. Access to the main API, website, S3 storage and mobile launcher became impossible or heavily delayed.
First response: restarting the troubled server. Some users reported recovery, but the attack continued and the server soon started erroring again.
Enabled Cloudflare Under Attack mode, rate-limited the API and tuned additional network filters.
Core systems stabilized: the API and the website with the user cabinet were back for users. But the mobile launcher systems are hosted separately, so most mobile users still faced issues: file download errors, launch errors, login failures and 'version unavailable' messages.
All issues resolved.
