1. General Provisions
This Policy describes how personal data is processed when using the services and software of SHIKA HUB (hereinafter referred to as the 'Provider'). Use of the services constitutes the User's acceptance of this Policy, the User Agreement, and the Refund Policy. Access to the services is granted exclusively to individuals who have reached the age of 18.
2. Data We Collect
Account: email address, username. Devices and diagnostics: hardware identifiers (HWID) for PC and Android, as well as technical telemetry necessary for diagnostics, service operation, and security. Network: IP address and user-agent. Social accounts (when linked): Discord and Telegram account IDs and usernames. Payments are processed by payment providers; bank card numbers and CVV codes are neither requested nor stored by the Provider. Support requests: ticket contents and attached files.
3. Purposes of Processing
Data is used to provide access to services and licenses, ensure security and prevent fraud, process payments and refunds, provide technical support, send service notifications, as well as for analytics and service quality improvement.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
Personal data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. Disclosure is possible: to payment providers — to the extent necessary to process a transaction; to infrastructure providers (hosting, DDoS protection); to Discord and Telegram — when linking accounts or contacting support; to state authorities — as required by applicable law.
5. Retention
Data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, and in any case for the lifetime of the account. Upon account deletion, data shall be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law or necessary for service security (anti-fraud logs).
6. User Rights
The User may request access to, rectification or deletion of their data, as well as withdraw consent to processing. Requests shall be submitted via the ticket system on the website. Withdrawal of consent entails termination of service use and account deletion.
7. Cookies
The service uses cookies for sign-in (session_id), as well as for storing preferences (language, theme). Disabling cookies makes it impossible to sign in to the personal account.
8. Minors
The services are intended exclusively for individuals over 18 years of age. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it shall be deleted along with the associated data.
9. Changes and Contacts
The Provider may amend this Policy by publishing a new version on the website with an updated date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new version. Data processing questions shall be directed via the ticket system on the website, our Discord server, or Telegram channel.
